ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Principle Duties Include:
- Develop, identify and close new and expanded inbound sales
- Engage directly with customers to ensure superior service
- Responsible for building sales pipeline by meeting and exceeding lead generation quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop relationships.
- Able to travel
- Service and maintain existing accounts
- Stimulate market growth throughout prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the retail market to include - convenience stores, "Mom and Pop" retailers, Independent Accounts, Wholesalers, and Distributors
- Conduct professional presentations to prospective and existing customers within a geographically defined territory
- Ensure optimal visibility of company products
- Consultative account management of new and existing client base
- Earn uncapped commissions + base
- All business & travel expenses paid, including meals
Qualifications:
- A hunter mentality and a strong understanding of the tactics necessary to work solely through wholesale distribution channels to effectively represent our products and build market share
- Professional selling and closing skills with a consultative approach
- Self-motivated and computer literate
- Strong prospecting, negotiating, presenting, and closing skills
- Great ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- 2-5 years of experience
- B2B sales experience with prior dealings

- Associate Degree and/or Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of sales experience
- Experience in selling to Retailers, Wholesalers, and Distributors in the Consumer products industry is preferred
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with demonstrated strong work ethic
