Start here

Seal a bottle in four steps

Set the machine on a flat, stable surface, connect power, position the filled bottle with its lid, and allow the automatic sealing cycle to finish before removing it.

Set up

Place the machine on a flat, stable and level surface with adequate clearance for airflow.

Connect power

Connect the power cord to the machine and a grounded outlet with the correct rated voltage, then press the Start switch.

Position bottle & lid

Place the lid on the filled Whip-It! bottle and slide it into the sealing port until it contacts the microswitch.

4

Seal & remove

Wait until the bottle is fully capped and sealed before removing it from the machine.

Know your machine

Parts & controls

Front controls include the LED display, sealing port and LED light strip. The rear panel contains the power connection, Start switch, ON/OFF control and counter reset.

Can counter

The main screen shows the lifetime count for cans sealed. Use the reset button on the back of the machine to reset the daily count to zero.

Placement

Allow a minimum of 6 inches of clearance on all sides. Keep the machine away from heat sources and use it in a climate-controlled indoor location.

Power

Use a grounded outlet with the correct rated voltage. The manual instructs users not to operate the Can Sealer with an extension cord.

For optimal sealing performance, the user manual specifies Whip-It! PET bottles and compatible lids. Using the wrong combination can affect the seal and lead to leakage.

Care & operation

Setup, cleaning & maintenance

Use these quick-reference sections for routine operation. The full manual remains the authoritative source for complete safety and maintenance instructions.

  1. Inspect the packaging for shipping damage.
  2. Unbox carefully and account for all included components.
  3. Place the Can Sealer on a stable, level surface near an electrical outlet.
  4. Maintain at least 6 inches of clearance on all sides for airflow, avoid adjacent heat sources, and use the unit in a climate-controlled room.
  1. Make sure the machine is empty, turned off, unplugged and cool.
  2. Wipe with a damp cloth and mild cleaning solution; use a non-abrasive sponge.
  3. Regularly clean the exterior and lower mold to prevent buildup.
  4. Wipe all faces of the cup and film sensors with a damp rag, then dry.
  5. Confirm all parts are clean, sanitized and completely dry before use.
  1. Turn off the machine and disconnect it from power.
  2. Complete the cleaning process described above.
  3. Wipe exterior surfaces with a clean, damp cloth.
  4. Dry all wiped areas with a clean towel to prevent moisture buildup.
  1. Turn off and disconnect the machine from power.
  2. Wait 30 minutes for the heating element to cool.
  3. Inspect the plug and cord for discoloration, burn marks, cuts or tears.
  4. Check the integrity of electrical cords and plug points.

If issues are detected, the manual directs users to contact a service provider for recommended actions or replacements.

  • After cleaning, turn off and unplug the machine.
  • Store it in a dry place, preferably covered, to protect it from dust and help maintain longevity.

Warranty

1-Year Limited Equipment Replacement Warranty

For eligible U.S. purchases from an Authorized Dealer, the warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year from the original delivery date and applies to the original purchaser. Claims must be reported within 30 days of discovering the defect and within the applicable warranty period. Contact the dealer or location where the product was originally purchased and have the order number available.
